  Reservation Guidelines

• Please visit the provided room reservation website to submit your accommodation booking request. (*Booking can only be done through the website)
• When applying, make sure to provide the exact names of the guests staying, and input their correct mobile phone numbers.
• Once the reservation is confirmed, a reservation number will be sent via SMS, so please ensure you check it.
• The prices listed are per room, per night, and include a 10% VAT.
• The same rate applies for consecutive nights or extended stays, but weekend rates may be different (*subject to room availability).
• Check-in time is from 15:00, and check-out time is until 11:00.
• Cancellation fees are based on the day of arrival (as detailed below):
  ※ 6-4 days before (10%) / 3 days before (20%) / 2 days before (30%) / 1 day before (40%) / Same-day cancellation (50%)
• Reservation confirmation may take 2-3 days after your application.
• Depending on room availability, the type of room you selected may not be available (*first-come, first-served).
